    I just got a new 2015 x5. I am subscribed to BMW Connecteddrive. I am using Rogers q10 . Bluetooth works but can't get me emails or texts to download. I have gone thru all my settings in the car and phone. Still nothing. Any ideas? Thanks

    I've tried that a few times... I have both my email and sms checked 'on' but right below it says ' not connected'

    Bubbahead, did you figure this out? I have a 2014 435 and while emails and sms download they are very unpredictable. Sometimes I will get new message right away in idrive some times it will show up next day. I am not sure what is causing it or how to address it. I am using Passport with the latest official OS. Thanks!
