Got a new Q10, ATT. 100-1. Installed the 10.2.1 on it (ATT version) before activating the phone. The Q does not see the bluetooth headset when I have it in discover mode. Headset might as well not exist. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Best is Reinstall the OS or try deleting any existing paired Blueetooth devices and add them up again !

Try it making the Q10 discoverable and have the Bluetooth headset initiate the connection.

I paired my Q10 with Blackberry Music Gateway and the first time it worked seamlessly. When i tried a day later it wouldn't work. The Q10 says that BMG is "saved" but in media player there is no option to play through BMG.

Out of curiosity what are you trying to play through the BMG? FM radio won't work for sure. I honestly haven't tried Pandora so I'm not sure about that. I have made phone calls and listened to my music on my SD card via BMG.
