I just got a replacement for my Q10, and it seems like an odd device.

For one, when I turn it on, the LED lights up blue and stays blue for a while.

Also, there's no Welcome or Set Up screen like there usually is, even after I've reloaded the OS and done a security wipe.

I know the LED lights up blue for Bluetooth or third party apps like BeBuzz, but I don't have any of that.

It also has a weird sticker on the back, unlike ones I usually see on the back under the battery, and you can see that it's covering up the old sticker.

Does anyone else have any experience with a phone like this?

I think it may be a refurbished model because it has some scuffs on the bezel and the speaker looks worn.. thanks T-mobile.

It's ok, unless it stays on for more than 4 hours. If that occurs, contact your phonecare provider . . . .

This is the same problem people are having with Verizon z30 refurbished phones. Do a quick search and you will see a ton of posts
