I recently updated my Q10 to the latest release and ever since whenever i try to send an email from a contact information
it trys to launch bloomberg anywhere as opposed to the native mail client.
Not sure why this is happening, any ideas would be appreciated.

Check in Hub, Settings, Email Accounts ... ensure your default account is correct.
Then you can remove the application and redownload the application.
PS: Bloomberg Anywhere isn't a typical subscription based application, and they've worked on each iteration specifically with BlackBerry. It's an application that is a service for data and transactions for trading. Ensure you're downloading it from AppWorld on your Q10 and NOT from their site.
Another thought: have you already signed in using your credentials and said B-Unit?
I recently noticed that change and it's annoying me to no ends. Dang Bloomberg app seems to be hijacking my phone. I do have my gmail set as default, but when I try to email from contacts it still goes to Bloomberg.
