Blank screen after software update - what now?

I've just done a software update on Q10 and now it's complete I've just got a completely blank screen - blank with purple 'blackberry' logo.
I've turned off, taken out battery and put back - still nothing.
HELP! please ;)

Sounds like you didn't wait long enough for the reboot/update to take place.

Reload the os and let it run its course until it's completely done. And make sure that you are loading the correct os for your phone.

I'm having the same issue as the O.P. How do I reload the operating system if I can't get the phone to do anything other than restart to that BlackBerry logo and get to 99%? :crying:

Try those options.
I had the same issue with my z10 when it first came out. Had to send it back
