Okay, I just got my Q10 a couple of days ago, running 10.1.0.4211. I get the "there was a connection problem. BlackBerry World must now close." I tried going through the Music App and there's no option there to access BBworld. I tried going through Games, and it took just reopened the BlackBerry World App and it closed again. It has been going on since last night. I did a factory restore, battery pull and got the same problem. I went to BlackBerry World on my computer and it doesn't detect the Q10, despite that I'm successfully linked to Blackberry Link. My Blackberry ID is associated with the Q10 and the online BlackBerry World has my 9650 listed and not the Q10.

The only thing I haven't done is activate the Q10 with my carrier...I've been doing everything wireless so it shouldn't matter, right? Any help? I'm dead in the water...

What a duh! moment....I activated my phone and I get access to App World. I figured just having a BB device and a BB ID would let me access App World...go figure...

Me too although I had no idea that some apps like Pandora and PayPal didn't make it over to BB10.....and so the hunt goes on to find right apps to download...
