    For the past two days I have been unable to access the app store due to a "connection" problem. Is there an issue with my Q10 or is it a Blackberry issue that will be resolved at a later time?

    This is mostly a carrier issue. Is the BlackBerry icon displayed beside your signal indicator?

    No the blackberry icon is not next to the bars in the top right. How do I correct this

    No BlackBerry icon? You can do this: toggle Airplane mode ON then OFF. Your network will reconnect, and I hope the BlackBerry icon will now be displayed.
