Does anyone know what number I can call to get in touch with BlackBerry directly instead of their call centre in the phillipines?

I had to return a phone to them and of course we don't get our shipping refunded and on top of that, we have to pay for return shipping, which I've always found to be ridiculous. Moreover, I've read that people have had to pay for import charges on their returns...I know, I know...smh

Anyway, one poster mentioned he was able to get then to pay for his shipping, was wondering how I can do the same!

You have to follow their support and returns process and escalate where necessary to get an exception drawn.
