I had the same problem with q10....I left the phone charging without sim card and sd card....after one day of charging, it came out the red light, first for 15 secobds, then for 30...but the phone was not switching on.... I tried with other batteries, no success.


Suddenly, after leavibg the BlackBerry charging everyday for 8 hrs, after 2 weeks, it booted once I put the battery on it. Aparently it is a problem that happened to many customers, probably due to a software problem. Be patient for sometome, although it is hard to be.... good luck!

The problem I have is that my q10 is showing bberror 006. And not turning to standby. What can I do?

I am have a serious issue with my blackberry Q10. No power on at, i have charged it for several long hours but notice something it blinks once and stop when connected to AC adapter without the battery. Was also checking the trend, please what do you mean by "pull the battery overnight and pop back in". Thanks
