BB q10 has super amoled screen like samsung galaxy s5 . then why is there no ultra power savings menu where in you can extend battery to almost 1 day with just 10 percent remaning battery charge ?

can this be implemented in future ?

Some people have found it currently drains more battery than it does save it. It's not yet completed and most of it might actually just be dummy commands

In all honesty, BlackBerry doesn't need it, that's why

BB10 is still a very young operating system. Simple features like the black on white hub for AMOLED screens is FINALLY coming to BB 10.3.1. Turning the entire interface monochrome is a niche feature for companies who have tremendous resources and don't already have to develop the entire operating system from the ground up.

They kinda do. If they don't want people to complain about battery life

I think he meant that all BlackBerry phones post Z10 have been built with battery keeping in mind, that's with normal use, Samsung phones under normal use don't have the same optimisations so a battery saving feature is more needed

In any case there are further battery saving mode options coming along the line.. as for the amoled link, black skin options for various apps are far enough

It's more of a want more than anything else with BlackBerry. The battery life is really good, providing you don't play games 24/7 (I'm pretty certain that BlackBerry wasn't designed for that?), having a battery saving mode that works would be nice just not really need. I get roughly 18 hours on my Q10, I have to sleep at some point so there's always a time I can use a charger
