yesterday I was sleeping and my Blackberry Q10 starting vibrating and I couldn't stop it from vibrating! I immediately backed up all my photos, documents and voice-notes then I restored it to factory settings and it is in the process of doing so but I am concerned that it is still vibrating non-stop.

Can you check the sticker under the battery (on the border) and tell us if it's white or red ?
Did you phone fall on the ground ?
Did you open it to change something (bezel, keyboard, ...) ? Did a previous owner ?

I just observe that your q10 must have a fantastic battery to fibrate without stop

Look it must be a phone with a very i mean ver powerfull battery and think of it you can convince your wife to use this phone instead of .....
