Wtf is wrong with people. I hate thieves. They're the scum of the earth. And if anyone reading this is one of them, I'm talking about you trashy people. Stealing to survive, ok, sometimes you have to, but able bodied people that have the ability to work and buy their own things. You are pieces of garbage. I know this. I experienced robbery before and I'm glad at least one of the men went to prison. 52 years old, robbing a jewelry store at gun point and kicking me in the face. I hope they rot in hell.

I hope you find your phone man. Good luck.

This. If you can't get the phone back for some reason, call customer service and blacklist the phone. Try calling blackberry and ask them if there's a tracking service they can provide you. Trying is better than not doing anything at all

BlackBerry already provided the tracking service, BB Protect. Other than that they are not a law enforcement agency and provide no additional assistance to the OP other than directing to local authorities and their carrier to report the device stolen.

Go to the BlackBerry Protect website, log in using ur BlackBerry ID, and then track it. Make noise on ur device and send sms. If nothing works, then call ur carrier and block the imei.

As mentioned above - make sure to notify BlackBerry as well so the phone can be blacklisted!
