Hello

I am residing in India, an I had purchased grey market unlocked Q10 handset "Blackberry Q10 SQN 100-3" recently BB has rolled update 10.3 for all device. I am checking every day for update but I get message that your device OS is latest.

Can anyone help me as how or when I will get Official update for my Blackberry?

I tried to remove the SIM card and connected to WIFI but still no luck on the same, also tried Blackberry Link.

Looking forward for help!!!!

Just download the update for yourself.
Get the files from here;

Download the file you need. unzip it, close Link, cable to a PC, click the exe. then restore with your backup or build your data from scratch.
