Hello friends,

After 3 days reading all the threads related to my issue i'm starting a new one with my symptoms.

Suddenly my Q10 reset and start in a loop trying to turn on. I only see some blinks of the red and yellow led light.

I try using the BlackBerry Link Restore option, but its impossible because the smartphone is always rebooting.

In the other hand (like i did several times recovering OS7), i download the apploader with a leaked version (10.2 and 10.1).

The result is the same. Everything goes fine for 3 seconds, get green light and then the Q10 restarts again.

So, i cant get into the device trough the USB cord because is always rebooting after 2 seconds.

Any ideas? Any clue of what can i do?

I've read a lot of post of people who's having the same issue but no one get a resolution.

I'm from Argentina, so its impossible to go to some specialized tech support.

if the autoloader didn't fix it, then it's likely a hardware issue. Your device is still under warranty, so I would suggested contacting your carrier to have it sent in for repair.

Thanx for your time.

Here in Argentina is impossible to talk with some carrier because there`s no support for the Q10. Third World.

So, i need to find out some solution, some way to keep the device on meanwhile the apploader do his work.

Any ideas?

I don't know if that would work on the Q10, but i remember having this problem on my old 9900 and what i did was plug it with the battery out.

I actually ran into this with my Z30 after running the first 10.2.1 leak. I started to panic when the bootloader wouldn't connect.

Link Restore did work for me. Keep trying it.

Try swapping out the battery 1st to a diff one. This weird thing happened to my gf's phone just now and it seems it was the battery.
