    i have been through all phone settings to try to turn on volum on ring tone on incoming calls but cannot find the problem, missing calls just hear notification of missed call...? when i entre phone call settings Sound is off no matter what i try to change sound will not turn on...?

    what's the notification profile set to?...try normal and see if helps.
