I've been reading a lot of new apps being ported over to BB10, as I'm always looking for something new that I can really use. This morning, I found out that Flipboard is now on Blackberry World, from a blog that I was reading. Naturally, I clicked on the link in that blog and my BBW app launches...

...only to be greeted by that red "Unavailable for this device" message.

Then I remember, there are also more than a couple of apps like this; rolling out for Z but not for Q. I'm a little frustrated and disappointed, I got my Q because I love the physical keyboard, and now developers are keeping us away from apps we want or need? I'm a developer too (not for mobile, though) and would love to get some explanations, or better yet, get those apps available for the Q.

The Z10 has been out longer than the Q10 so naturally it grabbed more developer interest. And with Q10 sales reportedly poor it might be tough to keep devs on BlackBerry or to convert new ones from other platforms.

It says it's unavailable for my device too but I have a z10. That's weird.

My z10 is a Leafs fan
