Hi There

I have determined that the phone is unlocked by going to Settings>Security and Privacy>SIM Card and the device notes that the phone is unlocked as shown below.

Phone Network Lock
Device is ready for use on the network.

Network
Unlocked

Network Subset
Unlocked

Service Provider
Unlocked

T-Mobile Simcard works in other devices, 02 simcard worked for a month.

Have contacted T-Mobile and they cannot find a problem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

can you pls check if the q10 sim card reader pins are not broken.

Same things happened to me. Have you used a sim card adapter in the Q10?
