HELP PLEASE !!! MY Q10 is two weeks old. when charging my BB the notification LED used to come on when I charged it and go green when its fully charged. This has suddenly stopp happeing and is somewhat annyoing. I have completed all off the troubleshooting guides and still nothing. The LED is working perfectly fine with all other funtions ie text / call . Can anyone help me please.

It never did that for my q5, is that normal?

Is it a settings-thing? I also use hub++ can it have to do something with that?

The glowing LED only comes on when charging a device that is turned off. If the device is on, then the LED will not come on.

But unfortunately they are incorrect. I have just spoken to bob directly it is a problem with the latest version of the os update . (New update to be released in the coming weeks) after a factory reset the issue is resolved .

I've had my Q10 since the first day it was available in the US, not once has LED ever flashed during charging while turned on (though my old BlackBerry Curve's did). Bob is mistaken. No defect on your phone.

That explains why it never glows for me, my phone is running 24/7

Bob and yourselves are in fact the ones who are wrong; dead wrong. The Q10 has never had a charging LED flash while the device is turned on. While the device is on the LED will only ever flash when I has an unread notification, period.

Yeah. I've had a Z10 and a Z30 and neither has had a charging led while on, only off.

And I've gone through every single OS version, so I would have seen it if it was a software thing.

No charging LED for me ever since I owned my Q
