I have a blackberry bold 9790 and have been using it in Brazil with TIM with no trouble. I got a blackberry Q10 at Christmas in Canada and have brought it to Brazil. I got a new sim card for the same plan that I was with before and the internet will not work on the Q10. I tried to put the sim card back in the 9790 and it works with no problem. I have tried to change the apn settings to get the Q10 to get the mobile network to work with no luck. Does anyone know the secret to get the internet from the mobile network to work on the Q10?

Need to remove the BIS plan off the sim for which the 9790 used and just get a regular plan with data. The Q10 doesn't use BIS.
