So if only a few hundred have reserved a Q10 it looks like BlackBerry may have been right to launch the Z10 first.

I reserved a Q10 with rogers on Feb3 and got position#362 which would seem not a lot of pre-order demand yet?. I put a reservation in for the Z10 but rogers still had me beyond position#2000 on launch day so I went to Futureshop that morning and managed to pick one up.

Z10 is great, but I look forward to a real keyboard again. The Z10 auto-correct is really good, but i still find it frustrating at times when typing technical stuff, or hitting send by mistake half way through messages. It is certainly the best touchscreen keyboard experience I have had after short periods of owning a iPhone and a Note2 (swiftkey), but no matter what way you look at it, its an onscreen keyboard.

When Z10 owners pre-ordered through Rogers. An option was given via text and online to choose the device color on the BB10 launch day. So pre-ordering now gets you a device period. You choose the color when it's time.

When I preordered the Q10 from Rogers only Black was available. Maybe White is coming later?

Small update - this hour the reservation system hit 1200 Q10 pre-orders.

No Fido yet, sigh...they're gonna need to announce availability by the end of the month, or I'll need to go Z10 so I can snag the double minutes promo for a new contract.

Even tho it may be less, it's still a good amount. Remember, most costumers will wait until it's released to get it.. Also if i am not wrong, those numbers are ONLY for regular customer reservations. Business and corporate reservations have different amount.
