    You should try re-installing the app.

    Not a problem, really simple, follow the process below:

    Go to Cell Phones, Smartphones & Mobile Phones from BlackBerry.com > click on apps > sign in with your Blackberry ID > Support > Apps > BlackBerry World > Select For Blackberry 10 > Click on "Download Blackberry World" icon > enter email of you device > a link for the download will be sent to your device > follow the download process through.

    Have you thought about removing the app using Blackberry Link and then re-installing using the above process?
