I have turned Blackberry Protect on on my Q10 device, and Location Services are also on, but when I visit the Blackberry Protect website, it says there isn't a device associated with Blackberry Protect.

I'm sure this is a straightforward problem - but it's puzzling me.

    Any ideas?

Are you sure you are using the same BlackBerry ID?

Yes. I have just the one ID.

(I have just toggled it off and on again, and I was asked to input the ID on the device - so I know it is the same one that I used to log on to my PC with.)

Then maybe the BlackBerry Protect website has a bug or something.

I've solved it. As I thought, it was a simple thing.

I had failed to validate my ID by getting Blackberry Protect to send a confirmation email.

I've now done that, and it works.

    Anyway, thanks for your help.
