    I bought a Q10 and installed BlackBerry Link on my PC (Windows 7). First turned on BB Link it identified my Q10 after my inputting BB ID and showed a name "x97x". When connected with USB cable, under BB Link "Device" it shows "x97x disconnected". But the battery is charging (the cable is connected somehow). I tried restart the computer, reboot the phone, re-install the BB Link, remove the Q10 from BB Link, and change to another cable etc., no help. Any suggestion what I can do next? Many thanks.

    Are you signed into link with your BBID?

    i have windows 8 and can't connect either..
    tried on the other PC with windows 7 and no problem.
    could anyone help how to get my Q10 connected over BB link to pc

    I tried later plugging into another USB slot. It worked. Strange thing.
