Hi everyone,

I needed to send away my Q10 for some warranty work and I just installed Blackberry Link for the first time to back up my stuff. I think I did it correct as I can see my pictures, videos etc. What I don't appear to see is my Blackberry Remember App and the entries I have there including voice notes, etc. Any idea where I would find this info?

Also another question I have would be regarding apps. The carrier rep mentioned that Blackberry will wipe the device clean and then I will need to reinstall everything once I get it back. Does the system back up replace all my apps, folders, icons etc?

I had the exact same issue as you. When I got My phone back everything restored perfectly. I was worried but the restore went very well.
