    never happened before, upon a new format of my laptop and installing Windows 8.1 again, when connected my Q10, BB Link gave me this message:



    any ideas?

    fixed by connecting my Q10 to the 2nd USB 3.0 port, all my ports are USB 3.0 anyway on my laptop

    strange

    if I reconnect it to the first port, the computer sill doesn't even detect it's connected, what the heck
