Hello

My BlackBerry won't sync with Outlook. I get an error message stating, that 'CPreferncesManager Value for /Pfreferences/Accountxxxxx/DevicePin not set in TransConfig.xml for translator RimBB'

Where is the problem?
And by the way: BlackBerry link always wants to update my BlackBerry OS, although it has already happend!

I also have the same problem. Synced once after initial install but since then I always receive the message above. PC rebooted, Link and Outlook 2007 shut down and restarted; still the same message.

I am not running Link yet nor do I have my Q10 yet as ATT hasn't released it in the states, but soon. That said, I've done a lot of research on this problem as I too run Outlook 2007 and need 2-way sync with outlook. What I've read and spoke to a hybrid dev about this link is that you absolutely need to uninstall your old BBDM (if you have it) on your PC prior to installing the 1.1.1.26 link software. The two pieces of software conflict with each other and cause a multitude of issues. Just for the heck of it, if you have been running BBDM, uninstall it via your PC/Control Panel/Programs and Features/ and then load the Link update. Once loaded, plug back in your phone and see if it helps. Please report back on this thread as many are interested in the outcome of your solution. Thanks!
