    I keep receiving a message in my Hub that says, "You need to update your account password for External." When I open the box for Account info Needed, it doesn't show anything. All my emails are updated with their passwords so I'm not sure. Any ideas on what's causing this?

    Have you tried deleting your accounts and reentering them to see if it fixes the problem?

    Is External an app?

    Maybe you updated your profile somewhere on one of apps and need to let your device know.
