    I am runn10.2.13247 os. My q10 powers down and reboots. On reboot it displays this error message on screen and it take me 2 or 3 attempts at removing the battery and rebooting before it starts correctly. Can anyone please help!

    Try reloading the software, or just the radio ,maybe you got a bad file.

    The error code when looked up shows this:

    Try getting a new battery. If it still acts up, your connection pins may be damaged or faulty

    Jyst wondering: Why do you suggest a solution without knowledge of the problem? When such a specific error message is provided it takes a few seconds to Google it.

    I know you probably only tries to help, but guessing a solution is not the right was to resolve a technical problem.

    A LOT of users are doing the same as you, so my comment not an attack on you in particular.

    Well I know kris above has found the error code description , but his phone was working five min prior so a defective battery I don't think so, it may be loose but I figure they should have tried that first before posting here, so I suggested the next best thing was to reload the software as there has been a few bugs, that's the only reason I suggested it.

    Yes i know this, but how do we know it wasn't user error, when you leave vague questions about why your phone isn't working i just try to help, if you prefer people to not try and help and just let us know,

    Gents, I came to CB forums as I knew I would get valuable tips/advice. I hate Google so didn't try that. It would seem that all your advice and that of the @bbhelp it seems it is either battery or contacts. I have ordered a new battery and will try that. Let's not b++++h. Thanks for ALL of your tips.

    Reloaded software and one week now works perfectly
    Didn't need to buy a new battery
