    Love being back with my Q10. Don't get me wrong. Classic is a great device. Keybd is exceptional and screen is sharp and was nice to have the phone and back buttons. BUT what did it for me besides the size and weight was the fixed battery and sealed glued internals. If something happens down the road with this one double typing, I can potentially repair it. And the story I read of the owner who dropped his device (passport?) in water and fried the battery. Plus, as prices come down, not that tough to get a replacement. All in all, more flexibility with Q10 for future. And it is everythg I want right now anyway.

    I have had the Z10, Q10, Z30, Classic and the Passport. Nothing beats the Q10 as the daily driver when out of the house. And, Z30 or the Passport for when at home on wifi. Classic is too large/heavy to carry around all day, and has too small of a screen to be effective at home for browsing and entertainment!

    Was using Q10, then bought a Passport and then preferred the convenience of the Q10 more and switched back. Just the right form and easy to pocket. Yes, slower and battery is not as good but overall is a better fit.

    The Classic.. yes, more beautiful Device, but the hardware is the same. S i thinked.. buy a q10, because it's more cheap... talking about the size, the size of the classic isn't bad, but again, the price is high!

    After owning a Bold 9900 I was torn between a Q10 and Z10 when BB10 devices launched. I went with the Z10 and liked it. Battery life was average at best though so I went for a Z30 a year or so later. Great performance but just too big. Very recently I picked up a used Q10 and I have to say I'm thrilled with it. The form factor and comfort while in the hand and in use is amazing. While I haven't seen or held a classic in real life I think it wouldn't feel as good with its increased size.

    Q10 = best form BB10 device

    From my limited interactions I think the curved back of the Classic makes its larger size not all that noticeable and feels better in the hand compared to the Q

    I like my Q10 device. However, I am thinking of bigger device like PP. However, the price now is too high.

    I had a Classic, which I ditched and went back to my Q10. I then bought a Passport, but got rid of that too, and back to the Q10 again (and my Z30). I finally sold my Z30 last week too. So, whichever direction I go, it leads back to the Q10. It's my favorite BB10 device (Z30 is my second favorite)!

    I can't say for sure until I get some hands on time with a Classic. If it did feel better in the hand I would certainly consider purchasing in the future... if the price was right (which it wasn't at launch).

    It's best to try the Classic 1st hand in order to get the feel of it. If it feels right, then it's the one for you, if not, the Q10 is definitely the way to go.

    Personally, I think the Q10 has a better form factor than the Classic. (Although I do not own either one.) It's more compact and not as tall as the Classic. I like the look of the Q10 more than the Classic too (but that's subjective). I have the Z10 (which has a gel case on it for most of the time.) and sometimes the height of the phone gets a little annoying to me.

    Had the classic for 13 days and went back to my Q10. Certainly many things I like better about the classic, but it just didn't feel comfortable in hand. I would love to see an updated Q10 just with an lcd (my screen is really dim and yellow) and more screen in the same frame. Also would change how the battery door attaches. Mine slides off fairly regularly.

    I've had this phone since sep '13, so that's 19 months, at least 13 more months than any other phone I've owned. The keyboard is still perfect and the battery is still pretty good for its age. I've purchased and returned the following phones over the past 19 months: galaxy s5, note 4, iphone 6, classic, droid turbo.

    Had the Black Q10 for about a year, and just got a white version, a couple days ago! I love the Q10! Best form factor I've owned.

    I re-activated my Bold 9900 and, as I like the product (replaceable battery) and software, was going to upgrade to a Classic. BUT this new product is NOT a Classic. It is too big, the battery is not replaceable, it has external SIM/SD drawers (open with paperclip) - and an optical touchpad that is too small and does not illuminate. Blackberry continue to fail their loyal customers. I bought a 2nd-hand q10 - DONE!

    Q10 is really amazing design and style, I do prefer this over classic. But honestly I much prefer bold 9900 than Q10. So sad it's just slow, I miss my bold.

    Smart move...I just bought a Classic and it's going back for exactly the reason you said...
    Yeah, I sent back the Classic as well. The feel and weight was wrong. And the build quality was simply not as good.

    But I do wish the Q10 had a nicer screen and usb otg.
