Save yourself from paintful waiting. Sprint care don't care. They don't have a clue when the update will ever arrived. I used the leak sachesi. I upgraded my phone from bold 9930 just two months ago. When I got my Q10, it was running 10.1. Did not hesitate and download the leak, now I have 10.2.1. No problem at all on my phone. My battery now is a BEAST. And DARK THEME is super awesome. If 10.3 leaks comes out, I will do my homework and upgrade to that version. But my Q10 now enjoys the benefits of new cool features.

As soon as I get my laptop fixed I'm just gonna leak it -__- I'm tired of waiting and when I get tired I'll just get me a Z30 straight from BlackBerry and add a TM sim and call it a day. This is it (MJ tour)

    BlackBerry 10.2.1 for Sprint Q10-img_00000519.png

Sprint can't even show an actual screen shot of a Q10 on their Q10 support page!! They show full touch pic. Stupid

I am still on 10.1, do I need 10.2 for my Birthday reminders to display on My Calendar from Gmail? They did on my 9650, also Facebook Birthday reminders.

If your question is; will my Gmail calendar sync up with remember?

    Yes either version.

The Calendar does sync but Birthday reminders do not. I know that not everything in Remember syncs with Calendar under OS 10.1 and thought the reason I'm not getting the Birthday reminder was because I still have 10.1.
Hope this clarifies the question better.
    Thank you for your input.

Actually when I had 10.1 my FB is sync to my calendar. And it always reminds who's bday is coming. I enjoy this feature when I had my bold 9930. It does the same thing on 10.2

Question when you download a leak that does void your warranty through your carrier right?

I grew weary of the vague answers and installed 10.2.1.2102 on Saturday.

I'm satisfied with it...because my phone is slightly more useful to me now.

I don't see the point of harassing phone reps at Sprint, who might not ever know the real answers.

I downloaded a leak (10.2.1) and installed it into my sprint branded Q10 and shortly after that the headset speaker broke and no sound came out so I went in to use my warranty and they looked the phone over and ordered me a new one when the new one came in I gave them my old one and I took the new one. I never wiped the device and they didn't say anything about my OS that I had on there

Sprint no longer carrying Blackberry in their stores. Can order on line. I had a problem with my Q10 I was told by rep is was software issue. Asked for Q10 upgrade, he didn't know any thing. If the Sprint phones will work with Q10 update from BB then I'll go that route. Have been a Sprint user for 14 yrs. and a Stock holder also. Starting to wounder if how long they will be around.

The OS is ready, they are required to hold it because they signed some stupid contract.

What a non sense. A contract to not release it? Sprint is testing a higher version than what's out there currently, which means bug fixes.

When, (if) Sprint releases the update and if it's actually better than what I'm running from Vodafone on my Sprint Q10 then I will take it. Until then, I urge you all again to not wait on Sprint and update your BlackBerry through Sachesi. You will be glad you did.

Just be glad it's still 2014. This update could take years. It's happened before. Update with the 10.2.1 leaks. They are as stable as they come

Just update with sachesi very easy..... backup, run sachesi, download 10.2(done in sachesi), drag and drop folder in sachesi. Make dinner for the wifey or just order a pizza. Should be done by the time you finish cooking or the pizza arrives.

I loaded 10.2.1.2234 and the battery life went up by over 50 pct. I've seen no glitches whatsoever except for one app (wechat) not loading in the hub. I used the autoloader method after backing it up on Link.
