    I have only had my phone for a month and I only have 20 photos which were imported from my last Blackberry. Whenever I try to take photos or video, the phone says there isn't enough storage space. I have checked the phone storage and i'm only using 5 of 16 GB. Any suggestions on what is causing the problem?

    There was a few OS' out there that would say that even though the device was fine. But I can suggest is doing a wipe and seeing if that fixes it or try a different OS. You never mentioned what OS you're on so, makes it a bit hard to suggest one for you.
