I've heard a bunch of things from compressed air and so forth. My keys aren't stick or anything but they are starting to look a little shiny and greasy. What's the best way to clean it up like new without harming the phone?

I would try pure alcohol the kind you get an the home store. Make sure the device is off when you do it. Take the battery out. Just use a little bit.
I've been using Windex and or alcohol on a clothe towel for years, with all my devices. Spraying just a bit on the towel then wiping it over the device.
Then I take on of those microfiber cloths and rub it down.

I buy those lens wipes for eyeglasses. First I clean my glasses then I wipe down my phone. Every day. I did this on my 9900 and earlier BBs, and I do it on my S4 now. And I'll do the same on my Q10.

I do the same. I would have a screen protector on the phone. I wouldn't use alcohol on the digitizer.
I am a clean freak... I use several different methods depending on my mood... The simplest is super hot water on a cloth, break down the oil's, then use the soft cloth provided with phone to dry off, and then finish with compressed air. (the cloth should not be dripping wet, just damp), I also use eye glass cleaner or wipes when I am lazy...I have tried every product out there some are ok, some suck (Bought a product at Best Buy in US and all it did was smudge the oil around and also smelled like crap:( - sorry don't have it with me and cant think of the name but it was a foaming product)... A smudgy, dirty looking device just sucks! Good luck :)
The lens wipes from CVS have very little alcohol on them to begin with, and even less after I've cleaned my eyeglasses with them. The tiny amount that's left is just enough to clean skin oil residues from the screen and keys. The main thing is to do it often so it doesn't build up.

I was agreeing with you. I do the same. Just saying I wouldn't use alcohol on the digitizer. I wouldn't take the chance of etching the digitizer.
Alcohol. Not the kind for wounds or intoxicating
I have split beer on my PlayBook keyboard once or twice. :)
Understood. I was just pointing out that those particular wipes are fairly dry, compared to some others, which I wouldn't use.
I also use some compressed air once on a while, to try to blow out any lint that might settle around the keys.

Thanks for the responses! I think I'll give a little alcohol a try!
