Absolutely agree. It is a very well written and easy to use tutorial. The only thing they forgot to say in it is that once you have the debugtoken.bar file, you need to sideload that file onto your phone first and then the debug token will work for converting APK files. You can sideload many ways, but I recommend downloading the Playbook/BB10 extension for Chrome as it's really easy to sideload things. Here's the link if you want to try it:

I use the Google Chrome add on and BB10 Bar Files website I found. VERY easy, simply download the Bar File through Google and it auto installs for you. I have Instagram and Pulse up and running through this install process.
