I finally bit the bullet and let AT&T push 10.3.2 to my Q10 last night. But when I confirmed my bbID email and went to update some apps (both in Snap and bbWorld), nothing happens when I try to see which apps are even installed!

Is there a setting I'm missing? Google only gave me results from several years ago, and only for the Z10. :/

Edit: this happens both on the network and wifi.

Have two Q10s. Both upgraded via BB link last week.. Unlocked SQN 100-5 110.3.1.1779 / ATT SQN 100-1 10.3.2.440. Have noticed that unlocked unit has no sound from key pad when entering a number for phone usage. Called ATT who referred me to BB. Got recording about their requirements for assistance. $$$.$$. Peculiar!

That's a fine sentiment but it doesn't actually address either issue.


For the record, I managed a hard reboot and got the problem resolved.

I have a Q10 Att phone and Im on Cricket ! While I was checking for software updates on my
MacBook ! It let me update to the 10.3.2 which took awhile but so far the phone works great !
I've been very happy with this phone, and I use it as a backup phone ! Have a iPhone 6 + and I'm
Always coming back to this phone since it fits my shirt pockets so much better than a big iPhone !
And I'm so afraid I'm going to loose it and I'm out $800 !
