Hi,

We had recently setup a new BES10 server to test out a Q10 device and managed to activate it with a MSActiveSync email profile for a user.

Everything seems to be working except when the user files an email from inbox to a subfolder on his outlook (Exchnage 2010 emails erver), the Q10 device wont update it accordingly for at least a few hours.

Is there any settings that we can configure so that this sync happens instantly or at least faster?

I'm afraid I can't answer your question but I've flagged it to be reviewed by our other ambassadors and mods. Someone with more BES10 experience will hopefully be able to help you out.

Thanks for the reply and your help.

We are also having problems with contacts not syncing with the Exchange server.

Creating a new test contact on the Q10 device does not update the contacts folder on my outlook. It has been a few hours since the contact had been created on the device.
