    BBM on Q10 not working over mobile network.
    BBM working only via wifi.

    Carrier: KSA STC
    OS: Official 10.2.1.2102

    Please help.
    Its very disappointing that bbm is not working on bb

    some carriers (like t-mobile hungary) still restricts bbm to BIS data plans...

    fyi, bbm for bb10 devices doesnt need bis/bes...
    my bbm was working fine last month, i dont know what happened but suddenly its not working over mobile network...
    its working fine over wifi...
