    Hey Guys,

    I'm new here and this is my first post.

    Today morning BBM was working fine. About an hour later, i click on the BBM icon to send a msg and i get "BBM IS RESTORING YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION'

    2 hours have passed and it's still stuck there.

    I've read everywhere that a FACTORY RESET is useless.

    I need help =(

    This is very frustrating. I want to slam my phone to the wall but i'm guessing that won't solve the problem.

    I just updated to the latest OS this past Saturday.

    Reload OS using BlackBerry Link. Worked for me last week...

    That sucks. Keep us updated after you reload the os.
