    So here's my problem:

    I switched from a z10 to a q10, i restored the backup i did with the z10 and everything went well a part from the BBM
    When i click on the icon it opens and says '' linking bbm to blackberry ID'', left there for 10 minutes but nothing happened.
    Then i got an error message and it closed.

    What can i do?

    Try installing BBM Channels beta.....should work
