    hi guys
    im using BBM on OS 10.2.1.3247 .
    when im over wifi the BBM icon appears top right of screen and i can send and receive BBM messages,but when i switch to 3g and turn off wifi, the icon disappears and all my messages goes to Pending status.
    is this a bug for this version ?
    why i cant use BBM over mobile network ?
    my Carrier is 432 11 (MCI) and i live in iran
    my APN is set and i can use internet and whatsapp but not BBM.

    any comment?

    Hello unforgiven.. yes they block bbm in iran.. actually the BlackBerry logo does not appear. You need to be on wifi for it to work or have a vpn.

    You mean rim blocks iran or iran blocks rim services?
    If rim blocks why through wi-fi (iran ip) I can connect?

    It may be carrier issue. Change your network settings. Turn on data services while roaming. And restart your phone

    Could also be your plan/carrier that doesn't allow BlackBerry devices to work properly

    Rim blocks Iran if im not mistaken.. or the networks didnt bother to make a configuration apn for blackberry 10

    It seems rim blocked iran carriers. I can connect by Wifi but not my mobile network.
