My girlfriend has a Q10 (10.3) and the other day I noticed she wasn't answering the BBMs I was sending her.

Turns out that suddenly BBM notfications have stopped working. I tried changing everything and nothing is working - no notification tone, no LED, and not even an asterisk on the BBM home screen icon to indicate a new message.

The messages come in and she can send out but there is absolutely no indication that any new messages are received.

If anyone has any ideas I'd like to hear them. I can't even delete BBM and re-install it - it won't allow a delete.

Try doing a hard reset ,

That happened to me too, my gf msgs weren't making a sound when I deleted the convo from the hub. I deleted her n Re added her. Solved the problem

Actually I deleted the conversation and that seems to have fixed the problem. I didn't need to delete the contact just the open convo. Thanks for the suggestion!!
