None of the above! The problem is your SIM-Card. It's very simple. Try another one, you'll see that it'll work. Your mobile provider doesn't have the BlackBerry services. As a conclusion you'll have to change your provider if you want to use the BlackBerry Services, which include BBM. I don't see the BB Logo at the right corner, you have to see that to be able to use them.

    Cheers!

^This and I would advice getting a stronger wifi to test with, remove sim from the phone and run on wifi alone . Test bbm.........and the rest should be history.

Same here...tried every possible way but no gains.
I think our phones are used and somebody had used BES/BIS on our devices and for privacy purposes Bb servers have blocked our BBM pins

Hi again guys! If those didn't work, your services may be blocked due to security concerns. My next advice would be to write an e-mail to BlackBerry. They are very helpful, they'll even call you way from US! That's how I fixed my problem.

Yeah my friend bought a imported q10 and bbm doesnt work on that ...

So there is a good chance that your phone is imported too.
