Some of my songs seem to work with my BBM... and it's showing what I'm listening to but some other songs seem not to work... why is that?

Mostly the songs I downloaded through my mobile won't work. The other ones seem to work

Basically the ones that are titled "unknown" don't work and the ones don't have pics

How can I make them get to work and show up in my status.

PS.

-i have my show what I'm listening to and music updates turned on.

Welcome to the forums!

Seems to me your files:

• Have no TAGs attached so, name/band/album/cover don't get read;
• Are from a format BBM can't handle;
• Both;

I suggest plugging your device to a PC, getting Mp3tag - the universal Tag Editor (ID3v2, MP4, OGG, FLAC, ...) and fixing them all up. After they are all fixed, reboot your device and wait a few minutes for it to index everything. Give it another go then.
