I've opened a new BBM group called "BlackBerry Queue". It's a place where ALL BlackBerry owners can contact each other for tips, tricks of the trade, troubleshooting, and anything else BlackBerry related. I am including the QR code to link to the group. I am available 16-18 hours a day, respond fairly quickly, and have been a BlackBerry user for 8 years now. I don't mind general discussion either regardless of topic as long as try to keep it as family friendly as possible. I'm looking forward to all new members. No spam please.

Well, BBM Groups is a part of BBM, so I figure if people use BBM and get tired of trolls or bickering and want direct communication, they can try it if they want. Right? Nothing wrong with having more than one option.

The thing is, I've noticed class participation on CB can be fickle at times, and I've been around long enough to make that call. I've also seen lots of BS and trolls which are counterintuitive to finding help and good conversation. Think of my BBM Group as a sanctuary for those who want to cut through nonsense and get results.
