BB10 Reload in Limbo

I recently upgraded to a Classic and tried to do a security wipe my q10. The wipe got caught up at 99% (for a day or so). I tried to connect to Blackberry Link and it suggested that I attempt to reload software onto the q10.

It seems like things go well for a few minutes, then I get a notice that there's a flaw with a file and I am directed to BlackBerry 10 OS error codes - US.

That tells me to attempt to reload, and when I do, it's back to the error code.

What do I need to do to get the phone working again?

Get the correct autoloader for your device here. Plug to the PC, run the exe file, and it should be back to work in under 10 minutes!
