    I updated my Q10 to 10.1.0.4181through BB Link and now BlackBerry World will not open. When I attempt to open it, the app opens for a fraction of a second, closes and returns to the home screen. I have powered off, done a hard restart and pulled the battery.

    Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    I have done a security wipe, after backing up, reinstalled and still have the same issue. The update to my Z10 went flawlessly.
