    I am a remote area and they started up the mobility service yesterday - first time. I can browse inet, but no voice calls.

    Can I use voLTE on a Q10 (firmware ####2137 )? If not, what about on a Z10 I also have with me?

    Carrier is Bell in Newfoundland, Canada.

    Depends on your specific device (variant, purchased from Bell, etc) and what Bell rolled out in your area, but you can check for the IMS settings easily. https://forums.crackberry.com/t-mobi...-volte-943589/

    Appreciated for that reply - I had seen that thread earlier in my searching. But in the menu where IMS should be is VFC / USB / Mobile Hotspot / Internet Tethering - I have the most recent firmware, but wonder if I need to access the Engineering menus to turn on features?

    Also, I did try several code generators for the Engineering menus but didnt ahve any luck.

    Apparently some other carriers are also switching to VoLTE. I have received a notice from "Eastlink" that effective Oct 15th that they will be doing the switch and they indicated that our Blackberry Z10 phones won't work.
    I have the same thing shown as Dave so how can we get IMS to appear?

    I’m not an IT person here but with the multitude of Z10 questions, many forum volunteers ask for the model variant. You might get a response if you post ahead of time.

    Thanks Chuck, I should have put in the details.
    Z10.STL 100-3 with software release.10.3.3.3216.
    Unlocked and purchased direct from RIM.
    While checking for info it appears that Eastlink also shares Bell resources for extending their coverage area
    They both are using VoLTE now and I am currently on their 4gLTE network.
    So perhaps I need to add the IMS connection as part of the OS?

    Some additional info shows that the Sim card Alias is "BB10 standard".
    In the about section the phone type is listed as GSM.
    According to Sim Info App there are limited services activated.
    I will go to Eastlink to get an updated Sim card to see if that changes some things.
    Should I reload of the OS after that?
