    Would appreciate some help here.

I have a BB Q10, which I love, but when I send emails from the device they stay on the device and do not appear on my laptop or on my webmail server. Now I obviously want them to appear on my Laptop so that I can file them to a local folder within Thunderbird (email provider), but they don't appear, they just stay on the Q10!!

I have no problem receiving emails on the device, or sending them for that matter, but I just want to know how I get the sent mails of the device!!!

    Would appreciate any assistance.

    Cheers

I use gmail and the emails i send on my Q10 appear on the "sent" folder of my gmail when checked on the computer. It may be your sync settings.

I had the same dilemma and now use this solution:
When I send mail from my Q10 I send a Bcc to myself as well. This way the Bcc shows up in my PC'S POP3 mail client, and then I can delete the Sent mail on my phone.
