    Hello All, I have been using my BB Q10 for two months now with no issues, but for the past one week I have been having issues receiving phone calls, most of my phone calls(90%) goes to voice mail even when i have good signal/reception, i only get a text alert that i have a missed call, I have the latest software release 10.1.0.273, please what might be wrong with my phone cause i have been missing important phone calls, so i have to call every one back after getting a text alert that i have a missed call.

    Who is your carrier? Try to call your carrier and explain what happens, it might be their problem.
