Hi All,

I just connected my Q10 and I wanted to back up my phone and it says its connected but how do I back up my phone?

This is noting like BB Desktop.

What am I missing here?????

If you have the latest version of LINK, on the left side it should show both THIS COMPUTER and DEVICES. Under devices click on your BlackBerry and it should expand and show the BACK UP & RESTORE OPTION. Should be able to back it up from there....

Also... I've discovered that I cannot complete a successful backup (on the Q or Playbook) using the USB3 port on my pc. I have to use the USB2 port. Using the USB3 port, the backups will run until it starts to backup 'device settings', then the device disconnects, aborting the backup. No problems when using the USB2 port.
