please give someone answer for that! all these people here talk about bb q10 battery that its a good etc..but for me unfortunately i dont know what happening with mine battery! it last about 3-4 hours..its not normal this..maybe i buy another battery..but i don't know

How old is the battery? If it an original, then maybe it has reached the end of it's life. We are talking about a device that was probable made five years ago.

Replace the battery with one made recently, and do a Factory Reset....

3–4 h is quite unusual. My guess is that there's something wrong with the software.
Device monitor should tell you what's using the battery the most.
Anyway, you could try to reset you're device.

This points to a bad OS install, or possibly bad hardware. Fortunately bad OS is most likely. Reload the OS from an autoloader, and you're good to go. DO NOT restore any data from backup after the new OS install (your data is presumably on your SD card so it's just SMS and settings you'll need to restore manually) or you run the risk of reintroducing the system problem again. I found that I needed to do this about every 6-12 months or so on BB10 to keep things ticking along.
